Chloe Howell, Business Manager at Biocatalysts Ltd, will present “Trusted Fermentation Scale Up & Optimisation.” The talk will explore how fermentation processes are successfully transitioned from early development to reliable industrial production. Chloe will discuss building high-performing microbial production systems using organisms such as E. coli, B. subtilis, K. phaffii (Pichia) and Y. lipolytica, alongside strategies for upstream and downstream optimisation to improve yield, consistency and scalability.
