International Transfers

We do use US based software, Mailchimp and Survey Monkey which uses Identity Data to create mailings and ask for feedback but are satisfied that the US have in place appropriate measures to protect data in the form of the US Privacy Shield and that Mailchimp and Survey Monkey having place measures to protect data also.

Where we store your data

Such staff may be engaged, among other things, in the fulfilment of your company’s orders,

the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. By submitting your personal data to us, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

Your rights

If you do not wish to hear about promotional materials etc, you have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes.
