Customer satisfaction is a simple thing… so why is it so difficult for so many?
Our standard of customer service has always been a differentiator compared to our competitors. We always put our customers first and we carry out an annual customer satisfaction survey to ensure we continue to do so.
Our aim is to be an “invisible” supplier, quietly delivering on time when you need us, but not causing you any problems from one order to the next.
Customer Satisfaction Survey
As mentioned above, to ensure that we keep abreast of our customers’ requirements, we commission an annual customer satisfaction survey using the Servqual Model adapted to our needs over the last 10 years. We aim to be World Class (score of 5) or Good (scores of 4) in all of the categories. Whilst the survey is anonymous, customers are always given the opportunity to talk to us if they would like to.
A good relationship with our customers enables us to talk regularly to them about forecasts, ensuring we always have adequate product stocks ready for shipment. We know from our survey that product consistency and product quality, over time, are the most important criteria for our customers. Find out more
