At Biocatalysts we have a robust project management system, administered by a PRINCE2 Practitioner, whereby all projects are overseen by our Project Manager with day to day activity of each project being monitored by Project Champions.

We work with our customers to establish the key driver of the project (cost, quality or time) and clearly define the project deliverables and acceptance criteria before the project starts. These are all agreed in writing in the form of a project proposal. This outlines the timescale of the project, the method of customer communication, the payment terms and schedule, the deliverables and the acceptance criteria by which the project success is measured.

A Biocatalysts employee will be nominated as your contact for the project and they will provide you with regular updates on the project progress as agreed in the project proposal.

All Biocatalysts staff are trained and assessed in project management. The Project Champions are responsible for managing individual projects and reporting to the Project Manager and the Project Board on a regular basis.

This means that once the project proposal has been approved you, our customer, can rest assured that we will be closely monitoring the progress of your project and ensuring the best possible chance of success.
