All our products are available to trial as small free-of-charge samples. If you know which product(s) you would like to sample then please contact the office by email, phone or fax to arrange delivery.

In reality you don’t even need to know which enzyme you want, just tell us the problems you are experiencing or what you are trying to achieve and we will provide you with samples that we think will help. If you try these and they do not totally fit the bill then we can develop a specific product especially for you. If you need to discuss your requirements our sales executives and sector experts can advise. Advice can also be given on our equivalents to other enzyme products.

The more information you can give on the application and process conditions the easier it will be for us to recommend the optimal product for your process. However, if we do not have a product which is suitable, then we can work with you to tailor a product to meet your exact requirements.

We despatch 95% of requests for standard catalogue samples within 3 working days of receipt of the request. With each sample despatch we include a sample receipt form to be completed and faxed back to us on receipt of the samples. This details the samples received and when the samples will be tested and for what application. Our sales executives will then contact the customer to obtain trial feedback. We value feedback from customers on how our samples have performed in their trials, the information is invaluable for us and the customer. It helps us build a database of information on how our enzyme products perform in different applications. We can also assist the customer because if the trial has not given satisfactory results our sector experts can make recommendations to change conditions or dosage rates or may even suggest trying an alternative product.

Please note that whilst we do supply kosher products commercially, it is not possible to provide kosher samples.

When the standard sample size has been successfully trialled, we can provide a ‘one-off ‘ intermediate sized sample free of charge for scale-up trials. The customer then has the added assurance that the product will perform on a larger scale without having to commit financially to the smallest commercial pack available. We are one of the few enzyme companies to do this, most other companies will expect you to pay for your first larger quantity.
