When purchasing enzymes from Biocatalysts you can either deal with a local agent or buy direct. Your sales representative will have talked you through the different options. Where you are buying from an agent you will need to set up  a credit account with that agent. This will vary from country to country.

If buying directly from us you will also have to set up a credit account. To do this you will need to contact Mr Mike Clay (General Manager). Whilst we will endeavour to open an account as quickly as possible, the external checks take 3 days and we respectfully advise you that if you require product quickly then you will need to allow enough time for the administration procedures.

On placing an order you will be contacted by the Sales Order Processing Department who will assist you at every stage of the purchase process. Your goods will be despatched via the most convenient method for you with the correct documentation sent by your preferred route eg with goods or faxed separately. We will discuss your documentation requirements in advance of your goods being despatched. In the unlikely event of there being a problem with your order you will be contacted immediately, however we do pride ourselves on our delivery performace which is far superior to other enzyme companies.
