Salary: £30,000 pa dependent on experience plus bonus and substantial benefits
Location: Nantgarw, Cardiff
Hours: Full Time – 09:00 – 17:00 Mon – Fri

Our growth rate and World Class Customer Service is the envy of our competitors. Central to accelerating this growth is a newly created opportunity for a Customer Service Manager, who will manage and lead a highly motivated and committed Customer Service team.

You will manage and provide ‘hands on’ support with sales order processing, organising global shipment of product; the sales enquiry process; sales forecasting; proposals and quotations; and administration support.

You and your team will have a proactive approach to working closely with our external sales team to support and help them to ensure every interaction within the sales and customer service environment underpins customer service excellence.

You will have an excellent telephone manner, be confident, inquisitive with a commercial flair and ability to get beneath exactly what the customer needs by asking the right questions and delivering a solution that will engage and ultimately delight our customers.

You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of managing a small team in a customer service or sales environment and have the natural ability to communicate and develop strong relationships across the business in a friendly and positive way. You will take ownership of any issues and close off all complaints to the customer’s satisfaction. Using your initiative, keen eye for detail with a ‘right first time’ mindset, you will use your ideas to drive continuous improvement.

6 GCSEs including English, Maths and Science is essential along with a Customer Service, Business Administration or Marketing qualification. Proven success in managing a small team within a Customer Service or Sales environment, delivering a high quality service and maximising the customer experience is essential for this role.
