Sales Order Processor / Customer Services AdministratorSalary: £18,000 + bonus + substantial benefits Based Cardiff, UK Biocatalysts, an award winning, knowledge-based company, is the UK leading provider of specialist enzyme products to many of the world’s global, blue chip food companies. Central to accelerating this growth is a newly created opportunity for a Sales Order Processor/Customer Services Administrator, who will be part of the highly motivated Customer Services team. The role of this team is to deliver a customer experience that will exceed customers’ expectation. You will process customer sales orders using our Sage 200 system; prepare all export documentation prior to shipment; liaise with our operations team and 3rd party logistic partners to ensure customer orders are despatched and delivered on time. You will have a proactive approach to working closely with our customers, helping and supporting our external sales team to ensure every interaction within the sales and customer service environment underpins customer service excellence. Experience of working in a customer service or sales environment would be ideal along with excellent planning and organisational skills. You must have an excellent telephone manner and demonstrate a natural ability to communicate and develop strong relationships with customers and across the business in a friendly and enthusiastic way. Using your initiative, keen eye for detail and drive for continuous improvement, you will work with your team to use your ideas to see how we can do things even better. 6 GCSEs including English and Maths is essential and having either a Customer Service or Business Administration qualification would be advantageous; delivering a high quality service and maximising the customer experience is crucial for this role.
