Innovation is at the core of Biocatalysts. Our culture is based on quality, customer service, technical knowledge and a desire to make positive changes (innovation). Innovation underpins our growth at  Biocatalysts allowing us to better serve our customers and other stakeholders. All Biocatalysts staff make positive contributions to  the generation and implementation of innovation ideas. These ideas result in improvements in our working environment, our process systems, our infrastructure and our methods of communication with customers, in addition to stimulating ideas for new enzyme products.

We also recognise, and are very appreciative of, the wealth of great ideas that are contributed to Biocatalysts Ltd from our valued customers, suppliers, technical contacts, University contacts and friends. Over the last 20 years we have worked closely with external contacts to harness and realise the power of innovation; our current strategy is to further foster these relationships and find new partners for innovation. Although the term 'Open Innovation' is becoming rather a cliché in the business environment, we truly believe in the merits of collaborating in an open, honest and mutually beneficial manner.
